TIVERTON's Jo Pavey, buoyed by her personal best in the 10,000m, takes part in the 5,000m final at the Olympic Stadium tomorrow (8.05pm).

Among the 14 other starters will be fellow Briton Julia Bleasdale.

Pavey, 38, qualified tenth fastest for the final with a time of 15mins 2secs.
