BUDDING football stars can hone their skills at special training days in Tiverton with a guest coach — former England Under-21 captain and Glasgow Rangers defender Chris Vinnicombe (writes Joanna Glover).

The sessions will be held on July 29, 30 and 31 and are open to girls and boys aged four to 15.

Each training day will starts at 10am at Ladysmead, 10.30am to 12.30pm will be training at Tiverton Town Youth Training Pitches, lunch from 12.30 to 1.30pm at Ladysmead and training and competitions from 1.30 to 3.30pm at Tiverton Town.

Each player is advised to bring two sets of clothing including waterproofs, a towel, a drink and everyone must wear shin guards.

All children will receive an award presented by the guest coach.

Sessions are £15, £25 for two days and £35 for three days including a hot lunch.
