DULVERTON Town moved top of Division Two in the Taunton and District Saturday League for the first time this season following with a 3-2 win at home to Civil Service.

Adrian Smith, Damien Syrett and Richard Hayes were in target for the West Somerset team, while Steve Godfrey and new Greek player Spiros scored one each for Civil.

Hulan leapt from fifth to second after their 3-1 win over Minehead Reserves - Neil Morgan, Pat Sherwood and Mike Perrin getting the goals.

Wellington A picked up their first win of the season, defeating local rivals Sampford Blues 4-1 with goals from James Baker (2), Dan Woodgate and Paul Desborough. Sean Bell responded for The Blues.

Staplegrove Reserves took a 2-0 lead into the interval thanks to goals from George Pope and a Mark Willis penalty but Spaxton fought back and went ahead with two goals from Jamie Sellick and one from Jack Turner before Johnny Gilbert levelled matters at 3-3.

Wyvern Reserves beat Nether Stowey 5-2 with Brodie Lea hitting a hat trick, Lee Hellier and Mark Wooliscroft adding one each.

Bridgwater Sports moved to the top of Division One thanks to a 3-2 victory away to Highbridge Town. The hosts contributed two own goals to Sports' tally with Matt Fursland also on target for the winning side. Craig Holley and Wayne Hand scored for Highbridge.

Middlezoy Rovers travelled to Porlock and came away with a 2-0 win, Aaron Turner and Simon Slocombe scoring.

Taverners beat local rivals Locomotives 5-1 with Gareth Conway and Steve Burley netting two each. Lee Hawkins added the fifth and Aaron Godfrey replied for Locomotives.

In Division Three, Predators returned to the top thanks to a 4-1 win over Williton. Ian Bellinger scored two, Matt Washer and Steven Eley added one each and Predators also provided Williton with an own goal.

Bridgwater Sports Reserves were knocked off top spot after losing 4-2 at home to White Hart Rangers, who had James Osbourne (2), Matt Buswell and Sean Stallabrass on the scoresheet.

Milverton Rangers beat Sydenham Rangers 2-1 with Paul Ham scoring for the away side, while Craig Wright got both North Petherton goals, one from the penalty spot, in their 2-0 win over Watchet Town Reserves. Mike Phillips scored twice for Norton Fitzwarren Reserves but it was not enough as they were beaten by Wembdon 6-2.

Old Inn increased their lead at the top of Division Four with a 4-2 home win over Stogursey. Matt Francis, Dan James, Steve Reed and Anthony Reed were their scorers.

Bridgwater Sports Colts dropped two home points with a 2-2 draw with Highbridge Town Reserves and Appletree moved up to third after their 4-2 home win over Westonzoyland Reserves, Graham Hook (2), Ian Salter and Ben Hayes getting their goals.

Middlezoy Rovers Reserves defeated Dulverton Town Reserves 3-1 with Lee Hooper getting the consolation goal, while Exmoor Rangers and Wembdon Saints shared the points with a 1-1 draw. James Geen netted for Exmoor.
