CROSS COUNTRY: South West schools championships being held today
DEVON and Somerset will be among seven counties contesting the South-West schools cross country championships at Grittleton House School on the outskirts of Chippenham today (Saturday).
The championships are made up of four age groups, with boys and girls running separately to form eight races in total.
After the championships each county will then select smaller teams of eight per race to compete in the English Schools Championships at Witton Park, Blackburn on March 14.
