WILLAND Rovers beat Blackfield and Langley 1-0 in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup last night.
Rovers eased past their Sydenham Wessex league opponents in front of a crowd of 221.
Their previous best season in the FA Cup was in the 2009/10 season when they saw off Street, Falmouth Town and Poole Town before losing to Bath City.
Rovers return to league action tomorrow (Saturday) when they visit Winterbourne United in the premier division of the Toolstation Western league (3pm).
