NEIL Woodman shot an excellent round to win the Hall of Fame event at Padbrook Park.
He carded 43 Stableford points with a birdie two on the tough 12th being a highlight.
Woodman sees his handicap drop from 21 to 19 as a result.
He edged out Dean Silversides by one point. His score would have been enough to win most events, but he kissed out here thanks to failing to score on the first hole.
Keith Radbourne took third spot with 38 points.

Chris Manley won the latest nine-hole midweek stableford, taking the honours with 18 points.
