CULLOMPTON are looking for a dedicated colts coach to plug the one remaining gap in their junior structure.
Under-16s coach Ian Wood feels his successful side has learned all he has to teach them and now need an authoritive figure with fresh ideas who will lead them forward.
Wood said: “This would be a great first step in a coaching career for a recently retired player with appropriate qualifications.
“The facilities at Cullompton are as good as you will find anywhere in the county, with really good teams going right down to the Under-12s and below. There would be a constant stream of players to work with and I would be more than happy to continue with the administration side.”
