Tiverton ABC’S Harry Davey recorded his third win in three outings with a second round stoppage on Torbay’s open show at the International Riviera Centre.
Davey gave Torbays Peter Henrik a blood nose in the first round before really turning on the power in the second.
Davey was continually rocking Henrik’s head back with jabs and one-twos, forcing the referee to call for a standing count before bringing a halt to proceedings.
It wasn’t such a happy night for clubmate Alex Jones who lost a controversial decision against Paignton’s Jacob Durrant.
Coach Paul Harvey said Jones put in a ‘masterclass’ and he was ‘shocked’ by the decision.
