EXETER City crashed out of the FA Cup at the first round stage when they lost 1-0 at Bury yesterday.

The match was decided by a 35th minute header by defender Efe Sodje who was later sent off for a second bookable offence when he tugged back Alan Gow.

The Grecians failed to make the man advantage count - Gow's narrow miss the closest they came to levelling.
