TIVERTON Youth Centre has been given a big building boost after a recent donation of supplies.

The centre was gifted decorating materials and safety work wear by Bradford Building Supplies.

The donation was made to help the youth centre with its Princes Trust Project.

Mark Jasper, Bradfords Building Supplies marketing manager said: "This was a great project for Bradfords to support; we are a local family business that has deep roots within the south west community.

"By providing these young people with materials to undertake their Princes Trust project, we will hopefully assist them in making their first steps on the career ladder."

A spokesperson for Bradford's added: "The project is geared to provide personal development for young people, helping them to build their skills, confidence, and motivation to help with their employment opportunities.

"Bradfords Building Supplies is keen to support the local area following a recent acquisition in Willand growing their south west branches to 41.

"We have developed our knowledge and support across many specialised building areas such as roofing, drainage, timber, doors and windows, bricks, ironmongery, tool hire, plumbing, kitchens and bathrooms."
