UPDATE: Man arrested in connection with Tiverton burglary
A MAN has been arrested in connection with a burglary at an elderly woman’s home in Tiverton.
The incident took place on Monday April 13 while the woman, who is in her 80s, was in her garden.
Jewellery and banking books were reported stolen.
A 26-year-old man from Newton Abbot has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and has been released on police bail until August 5 pending further enquiries.
