THE St Andrew Masonic Lodge in Uffculme presented local youth and care organisations with charity donations totalling £4,000 at their December Christmas Lodge meeting.
Beneficiaries included Cullompton Guides and Scouts, Marie Curie Cancer Care, The Salvation Army, Willand Youth Group Club, PETROC Support Group and Cullompton’s John Tallock Centre.
Worshipful master Mark Lewis made the presentation in the Lodge temple, first welcoming the guests and then explaining that charity is a strong principle of Masonic belief.
