Hospital homes all sold
A NEW development at the site of the former Tiverton and District Hospital has its first residents after a Mid Devon couple moved in last week.
The complex is built on the brownfield site of the former Tiverton and District Hospital, which closed in 2004.
Named after the protected Ginkgo Biloba tree on site, Ginkgo Court features 25 new one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, inc-luding 11 affordable homes, as well as retail spaces.
All homes in the development have been sold.
