PUPILS from years four, five and six at Halberton Primary School took a walk on the wild side on Wednesday with a ‘zoo lab’ day.
As part of their ‘living and growing’ topic, the children were given a hands on opportunity to study a range of wildlife – from slithering snakes to creepy crawlies.
Head teacher Helen Eversett said: “The children really enjoyed the hands on learning and the chance to see these exciting animals up close.”
