Fans making a date for launch of 2013 Tom Daley calendar

He set hearts racing during a dramatic medal-winning performance at this summer’s London Olympics and now Plymouth diver Tom Daley is set to repeat the effect with his forthcoming calendar.
There is already said to be “a lot of interest” in the 2013 calendar featuring the 18-year-old posing in wet T-shirts and flicking dripping hair.
Due to be released in shops in the next couple of weeks, in time for Christmas, the calendar has been described as “almost a bit of a mick take” by Tom, who won individual bronze for Team GB after a series of near-perfect dives.
However, the Plymouth College student has been quoted as admitting he would give modelling “a go” if ever approached. The calendar can be pre-ordered online now.
