Knifepoint robbery in Plymouth

 Police are appealing for witnesses following a knifepoint robbery in Plymouth.

At around 9.50pm on Sunday 26 August 2012 a man went into Clifton Wine Store in Greenbank brandishing a knife.

He demanded money from the member of staff who was working there – she handed over a quantity of cash from the till and the suspect fled.

The worker was unharmed in the incident.

The suspect is described as a white man, 18-23yrs old, approximately 5ft 10” in height and of slim build.

He was described as wearing a black lightweight waterproof jacket with the hood up over his head and black tracksuit bottoms. He had a pale blue and white scarf covering his face.
