Police appeal to help trace missing man - Torquay

Police in Torquay are appealing for information to help trace a missing man.
Michael Brereton aged 42 years was reported missing since midday on Tuesday 28th August having attended Torbay District Hospital.
Michael has injuries which require urgent medical attention, and police are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Michael Brereton is described as a white man, 42 years of age, 5’8” in height with a slight build.
He has short dark hair and has a lip piercing. At the time he went missing he was wearing beige cargo shorts, a grey t-shirt, a brown fleece and brown work boots.
Police would like to hear from anyone who sees Michael or anyone matching his description and ask that they contact them on 101 quoting police reference 373 of 280812.
