CAN’T Pay? Won’t Pay is coming to the Cygnet Theatre, Exeter.

Dario Fo’s glorious play, is a pointedly political farce highlighting the plight of ordinary Italian workers during the economic crises of the 1970s.
Luigi, Margherita, Gio-vanni and Antonia are neighbours in the same run-down apartment block.
With the cost of living spiraling out of control, the rent and utility bills have not been paid for months and eviction looms.
