STAND-up comedian, author and playwright David O’Doherty will appear at Exeter Corn Exchange on Sunday, November 9.
Dublin born O’Doherty made his stand up debut in 1998 and a year later won the Channel 4 So You Think You’re Funny competition. In 2008 he won the prestigious if.comedy award at Edinburgh Festival.
His TV work includes QI, Have I Got News for You, 8 out of 10 Cats and Would I Lie to You. He claims to be the least famous person ever to have hosted an episode of Never Mind the Buzzcocks. He has also hosted his own show on US television.
His Corn Exchange date is part of his national tour entitled David O’Doherty Has Checked Everything.
