MARATHON running is one of the most popular ways to raise money for charity and the London Marathon is at the top of many runners’ wish lists.
The 2014 London Marathon is set to raise £16.8m for over 1,300 causes through the online site JustGiving alone.
This year Hospiscare have had six runners tackle the gruelling 26.2 mile event in four different locations - London, Brighton, Manchester and Paris.
Alongside dedicated training programmes the six runners have been fundraising for their local hospice charity and between them, hope to have raised over £6,000.
