Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at a property in Newton Abbot.
Offenders got into the house in Beaumont Road on on Wednesday, February 19 through the back door, and stole an Xbox console and 12 games, a Technics CD player and an Acer Aspire laptop.
Detective Constable Richard Griggs said: “What was particularly sad is that the Xbox was used by the householder’s five-year-old daughter and she was devastated by the burglary.
“We would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious around the Beaumont Road area between 8am and 7pm on the day of the burglary. If anyone has been offered these items for sale, please contact us.”
