Police in South Devon are appealing again for help from the public following the theft of a custom built model steam locomotive.

The raid happened overnight between Friday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21, when thieves broke into an industrial unit on the Heathfield Industrial Estate at Newton Abbot.

The locomotive is a 7¼ inch gauge tank in GWR livery and bears the running number 5800. It is coal fired and weighs in the region of 200 Kgs.
