Flooding returns to Devon: Train services disrupted

Heavy rain and strong winds have brought flooding back to Devon and have blocked train services.
Buses have replaced trains at Dawlish after First Great Western said services were blocked by seawater.
There was reports of sewage in the streets in Torquay and the Shedden Hill Road junction was closed this morning due to flood water.
Flood warnings have been issued for Aveton Gifford, Salcombe, Kingsbridge, Cockwood and Topsham, while Dartmouth, Teignmouth and Shaldon are also at risk according to the Environment Agency.
