David Cameron visits Devon flood victims
PRIME Minister David Cameron visited flood-hit areas as many parts of the county struggle to deal with rising water levels in the wake of heavy rainfall.
He was spotted walking through Buckfastleigh, which was hit by flash floods last week following heavy rain.
