Devon is slowly returning to normal after days of wild weather and flooding.
Repairs to a train line outside Exeter mean some trains will run to Waterloo today, Tuesday.
There is still disruption to the main line via Cowley Bridge, with repairs to track and signalling due to flooding expected to take ten days.
For the first time in days there no flood warnings in force in Devon, according to the Environment Agency.
