Drivers faced long delays on Wednesday after a bus in Marlborough was destroyed by fire.
Police say that at 4.10 pm police and fire services were called to the A381 at Marlborough following the report of a bus on fire.
The spokesman said that the bus was completely destroyed in the blaze but no one was injured.
There were long traffic queues in either direction as a result and the road was likely to be closed for some time.
