Cullompton Community College gets best ever GCSE results

Pupils from Cullompton Community College with their GCSE results
Cullompton Community College achieved its best ever set of results, with 64% of pupils walking away with five A* to C grades including English and Maths - an 11% point increase on last year and 4% above target.
Over half the year group achieved A* and A grades.
30% of pupils were successful in the challenging EBacc group of subjects, (English Baccalaureate: English, Maths, x2 Science, Language, History or Geography).
A school spokesman said: “Exceptional outcomes in all subjects are the result of team work between staff, students and parents. Outstanding teaching, individual support and sheer hard work helped everyone to believe, achieve and succeed.”
