A HOLIDAY cottage business in Mid Devon has been shortlisted for the Best Self Catering Business in Devon award.
West Pitt Farm Holiday Cottages, near Sampford Peverell is the only holiday cottage business in Mid Devon to be listed as a finalist Susanne Westgate of West Pitt Farm Holiday Cottages said: “It is the first time we have entered this award and are thrilled to be a finalist. Our cottages are in a super location with lots to do onsite with a swimming pool, games room, grass tennis court, children’s pay area, a countryside path and fishing too; together with local attractions such a the Grand Western Canal for walking and cycling, Tiverton Museum and Knightshayes Court.
“We offer something for all the family and dogs are welcome too. Our eco lodge with excellent disabled access has been awarded five-star by Quality in Tourism and we have a high number of repeat guests who are delighted to see that we continually make improvements to our cottages and facilities to ensure they have a great time in our lovely location in Devon.”
The winners will be announced at awards ceremony on November 13 at the Grand Hotel in Torquay, hosted by Judi Spiers.
