A NEW project launched by Mid Devon District Council saw over 100 people try out a range of sporting activities.
The new #inclusivecrediton project was launched at the recent ‘Inclusive Activities Event’ and was hosted by Lords Meadow Leisure Centre on March 21.
In association with Upstream, the Turning Tides Project, Living Options and supported by Active Devon, the event offered a wide range of free activities and free taster sessions accessible to all.
The event was a success in that many people enjoyed taking part, joining in with the new inclusive activities on offer with both young and old participating alongside each other having fun.
Activities included boccia, table tennis, short mat bowls, trampolining, aquafit, seated exercise, yoga, football, taiko drumming, street dance and dance.
The event was attended by over 100 people and saw the birth of the #inclusivecrediton project.
