Plymouth appeal to trace man wanted for recall to prison

Police in the Plymouth area are seeking a 48 year old man who is wanted for breaching his licence and is being recalled to prison.
Paul Richard Price has had his licence revoked by the Secretary of State for Justice and he is currently sought by Police in connection with this.
Devon and Cornwall Police are proactively following a number of lines of enquiry to ascertain his current location. Police intend to arrest the man and return him back to prison until the end of his licence which is the end of July 2013.
He is a white man, 6’ in height of medium build. He has straight brown hair the length is unknown and brown eyes,. He speaks with a West Country accent.
Enquiries have established that Price has gained weight, cut his hair and is now clean shaven.
He has two scars on bridge of his nose. 8” scar on o/s left arm. He has a deformed right hand and the ring finger on his left hand is missing.
He is believed to by staying with travellers based in Cornwall and has also been seen in Plymouth. It is believed that he may be travelling in a red jeep or white van.
