A SPECIAL workshop in Mid Devon is offering families a fun way to celebrate both Valentine’s Day and the start of National Nest Box Week on Tuesday, February 14.
‘Love Your Birds’ offers the opp-ortunity for families or friends to build a nest box together while lear-ning how to attract and feed birds in the garden.
The friendly morning session will take place at the Healthy Living Centre in Hemyock, and aims to inspire people of all ages to enjoy a lifetime of birds and birdsong.
The event has been organised by the Blackdown Hills Area of Out-standing Natural Beauty team to coincide with National Nest Box Week, which is now in its tenth year.
‘Love Your Birds’ has limited places, so booking is essential.
