A CHARITY fundraising event in Hemyock had a star visitor.
Singer Joss Stone popped into SPS Hair Design to support the initiative in aid of the Beacon Cancer Centre, at Taunton’s Musgrove Park Hospital.
Guests enjoyed cakes and took part in a draw to raise a total of £500 at the day, organised by stylists Emily Pring and Sharon Smith, who donated their day’s takings.
Waitresses Freda Dewar and Amanda Morgan gave up their time to serve customers.
