British-Norwegian blues guitarist Krissy Matthews is releasing a double album and embarking on a 50-date European tour, kicking off in Spring 2024.
The huge tour will arrive in Frome, on June 9 when he takes to the stage at the Tree House,
His album, titled 'Krissy Matthews & Friends', will be on sale from May 10 via German label Ruf Records.
The album reportedly took a year to pull together and includes a range of musicians from the modern blues and rock scene.
Mr Matthews has said: "It was a long time in the making and I managed to get it done.
"I wanted to get all my favourite musicians together that I have met on the road in my career."
The album features 24 songs and is nearly 3 hours long, with music genres spanning from metal to blues and jazz to rock'n'roll.
The launch will be preceded by two single releases.
His tour will also feature guest appearances from musicians such as Gerry McAvoy and Gert Lange, among others.
