THE Devon Association of Tourist Attractions (DATA) is offering members of the Armed Forces and their families free entry to many of their attractions throughout Devon on April 26 and 27 when they show their Service ID card.
Attractions participating in the free weekend are The Big Sheep, Blackpool Sands, Dartmouth Castle, Crealy Great Adventure Park, Exmoor Zoo, The Milky Way, Dartmoor's Miniature Pony and Animal Farm, Pennywell Farm, River Dart Adventure Park, Stuart Line Cruises (booking essential on 01395 222144), Seaton Tramway and Woodlands Leisure Park.
The National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth and Powderham Castle are offering free entry on the April 27 only.
In addition, Babbacombe Model Village and Kents Cavern are offering free entry to their attractions on May 10 and 11.
Chair of DATA Angela Wright said: "We are delighted to invite the Forces' families to our attractions for a day of fun and excitement. As family attractions, we recognise the importance of spending time together especially when time is precious."
