MINEHEAD'S popular Christmas Tree Festival takes place at the Avenue Methodist Church from December 6-9.
The festival is hosted jointly by the church and the Minehead and Porlock Save the Children branch.
The festival begins at 7pm on December 6, when there will be a life-size nativity scene on display and poetry readings from the West Somerset Beavers, who will also be singing with the Minehead Rainbows.
The festival then runs from 10am-4pm on December 7 and 8, and from 2-5.30pm on December 9.
