A FESTIVAL of food and drink took over Cullompton with a theme of Autumn Fruits.
The October festival celebrates Cullompton’s 'traditional and current heritage as a centre for growing apples, pears, fruits and vegetables, and producing cider, fruit juices, foodstuffs and crafts'.
It was held in the Cullompton Community Centre.
Headlining the first Cullompton Food and Drink Festival were students from the Michael Caines Academy, and Josh McDonald-Johns of Pickleshack, who trained with Cullompton-born Michael Caines.
Also at the event was Ridge and Furrow's award-winning cider from the barrel, Cafe Walronds, food and craft stalls, cider tasting, smoothie bikes, apple peeling and apple pressing.
