STAFF at Tiverton and Crediton community hospitals raised more than £200 for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) by taking part in the charity’s Wear it. Beat it. campaign.
Staff wore something red, held a raffle and cake sale, sold BHF wristbands and badges and ran a ‘guess how many feathers in a four-foot feather boa’ competition.
They raised £130 at Crediton and £87 at Tiverton.
The money will go towards BHF’s life-saving research into heart and circulatory disease.
