EXETER-based Rainbow Living are celebrating after a sell-out fashion show raised around £1,350.

Run in conjunction with John Lewis Exeter, this VIP event was supported by over 120 guests who enjoyed a fun fashion fiesta.

Volunteer models took to the catwalk on behalf of the charity, showcasing clothes from the new Men and Women’s Summer collections, and John Lewis experts were on hand with fashion and beauty tips and advice.

Ruth Airdrie from Rainbow Living said: “We are absolutely thrilled at the support the show received, it was a fantastic success! We must say a huge thank you to all our volunteer models – they looked amazing and made the show so much fun - they were all just brilliant.

"I’d also like to say a massive thank you to the partners at John Lewis Exeter who were involved with organising and putting on the event – they all worked so hard to make the evening such a success.”

“This was Rainbow Living’s first fashion show fundraiser and it has been such a success that we would love to do another one” said Ruth.

“The support from everyone who came to watch was incredible and thanks to their generosity we raised a significant amount of money, all of which will go towards a third Rainbow House in the area. Thank you.”
