A motorcyclist has been left with life–threatening and life-changing injuries after a crash involving two buses and a motorcycle in Kenton.
The collision happened at around 7.30pm on Tuesday 3March, on the A379 between the Powderham turning and Kenton village.
A double-decker bus and grey Yamaha motorcycle were travelling from Exeter towards Dawlish, and a single-decker bus was travelling in the opposite direction at the time of the incident.
As a result of the collision, the 49-year-old male motorcyclist, from Exeter, suffered serious arm and leg injuries which are considered life–threatening and life-changing.
He was taken to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, where his condition is described as critical.
The road closed was closed for eight hours while a specialist examination of the scene took place.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference 678 of 3 March.
