A lorry driver is due in court charged with causing death by dangerous driving after the death of a cyclist from Plymouth.
John Noble, 42, from Plymouth has been bailed to appear at South Devon Magistrates Court on Friday 13th March.
The collision took place just before 11am on Friday, September 5, 2014 on the Exeter bound carriageway of the A38 near Lee Mill and involved a cyclist and lorry.
The cyclist, 58 year-old Chris Dennehy from Plympton, died following the collision.
