Police have confirmed that a 62-year-old woman injured in a crash at Dawlish has died in hospital.
The woman from Bovey Tracey was the driver of a Daewoo Matiz, when at approximately 7pm on Wednesday, June 4, a serious collision occurred on the A379 Teignmouth Road, at Dawlish outside of The Smugglers Inn.
An unidentified vehicle was stationary, waiting to turn right into the Smugglers Inn and a silver coloured Daewoo Matiz was waiting behind this vehicle.

The vehicle turning right into the pub has been located and the driver has been spoken to as a witness.
Police are still appealing for witnesses to the collision. Anyone with any information are asked to contact police on 101 quoting police reference 630 040614.
