THE fire service was called to a motorway service station near Sandygate, Exeter, this morning (June 14).
A fire engine from Danes Castle was sent to a report of a vehicle on fire on the forecourt of the Moto Services petrol station at Junction 30 of the M5 at around 9.40am.
On arrival the crew confirmed that the fire was already out and carried out an inspection only to check that both the vehicle and the area was safe. The cause of the fire was accidental.
