A TWENTY-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested following a robbery in Tiverton.
The incident took place at around 1pm on Wednesday May 7 at the entrance to People's Park near the leisure centre in the town.
The offender threatened an 18-year-old victim with a knife before stealing money and a mobile phone.
The suspect is also believed to have approached another man in the walk way between Morrison’s supermarket and Market Carpets shortly before this incident but nothing was stolen.
No person has been injured as a result of either incident.
