PUPILS at Halberton Primary School have been busy exploring the great outdoors as they helped construct a large willow spider in the school’s grounds.
A Willow Workshop team visited the school to get the children started – and the impressive structure now stands proudly in the willow garden.
School administrator Nina Ashley said: “We were very keen to get the children involved and they did a great job – it looks really good.
"The Willow Workshop team came along to help out and the end result is a very impressive spider. We are a happy, friendly, rural school and we are very proud to have small class sizes.”
