Care home goes under the hammer
A FORMER care home in Tiverton is going under the hammer.
Blackerton House at Blackerton Cross, East Anstey, is on offer with a workshop and sizeable courtyard ancillary accommodation block as separate lots.
The auction starts at 11am on February 13 at the St Mellion International Resort, Cornwall.
The main two-storey detached Blackerton House is on offer at a guide price of £125,000 to £150,000.
It boasts a range of bedrooms, recreational facilities, kitchens, staff accommodation as well outdoor space and parking.
A detached former woodwork classroom at the rear of the house is a separate lot with a guide of £10,000 to £20,000, while the courtyard has a guide price of £90,000 to £110,000.
