THE fire service has listed on its website these incidents which it dealt with last night:
17:50 Turrey Grove, Mutley, Plymouth - Dangerous structure made safe.
18:48 Haytor Information Centre, Haytor - Persons rescued from flood water.
18:57 Kents Road, Wellswood, Torquay - Assistance with flooding inside property.
18:57 Lumburn, Tavistock - Assistance with flooding water inside property.
19:02 Shillinsford, Meeth, Okehampton - Assistance with flooding water inside property.
19:30 Moor View, Hatherleigh - Assistance with flooding water inside property.
19:31 Clyst St Lawrence, Westwood, Broadclyst - Persons rescue from vehicle in water.
19:42 Merry Harriers, Woolsery, Bideford - Assistance with flooding inside property.
20:41 Barbican Approach, Coxside, Plymouth - Dangerous structure made safe
20:53 Rushford Bridge, Chagford - Persons rescued from vehicle in flood water.
22:26 Appledore Barton, Beer Lane - Assistance in flood water, all persons accounted for
EMERGENCY services are currently dealing with "numerous calls" relating to the severe weather currently hitting the South West.
Devon and Somerset's Fire Control is being inundated with calls regarding flooding due to the weather conditions, affecting both properties and individuals who have driven into flooded roads.
A Fire Service spokesperson said: "The public are reminded not to drive through flood water, as this may be deeper then it appears.
"Also we have attended a number of incidents regarding dangerous structures which have been made safe."
