TIVERTON MP Neil Parish spoke recently in a Westminster Hall debate on the ‘fly grazing’ of horses.

Fly grazing is the placement of horses on land without permission, often in inappropriate places, such as verges, playing fields or farmland.

The practice causes horses to suffer, poses a risk to the public and causes problems for land owners.
