6:00am Thursday 22nd August 2013 in News
Officers investigating a Plymouth hit and run are asking for car repair garages for help.
Police would like to hear from any car garages which have repaired a green vehicle, possible an Audi, since the collision on August 2.
Police believe the car will have sustained damage to its front passenger wing.
The pedestrian, who suffered two broken legs, remains in hospital undergoing treatment.
The appeal follows an incident on Friday, August 2 at around 4.20pm, when the victim was struck by a car while walking along Armada Street in the North Hill area of the city.
Anyone with information which could help lead to the identification of the driver is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference 667 2nd August 2013.
