TRAFFIC is now moving well but the recommended speed limit is still 40mph.
Lane one remains closed for recovery work.

LANE two has now reopened but lane one remains closed for vehicle recovery and clean up work.
The lorry fire was originally reported around 5:40am.

FIRE crews have described the lorry as a large goods vehicle which was "well alight."
The trailer unit and contents were destroyed by fire and the cause was accidental ignition, a spokesman said.

COMMUTERS are facing delays on the M5 this morning (March 15) due to a lorry fire.
Lanes one and two southbound between J28 A373/B3181 (Cullompton Services) and J29 A30 (Exeter/Honiton) are closed as a result.
There are delays of up to 15 minutes and the recommended speed is 40mph.
