Firefighters wash in Exeter to raise vital funds for charity
FIREFIGHTERS in Exeter will be rolling up their sleeves to take part in the National Car Wash this Saturday raising vital funds for The Fire Fighters Charity.
You can have your car washed, as well as the opportunity to find out all you need to know about keeping your family and home safe from fire.
The event at the Danes Castle station in Howell Road runs from 10am to 2pm.
Chief Fire Officer Lee Howell said: "Monies raised through national fundraising initiatives provide a real boost to The Fire Fighters Charity."
